Chef d' Angelo Great Christmas Feast

1. For every bulk order booking with a minimum of P5, 000 worth of food/ drinks purchases, a customer is entitled for a Gift Certificate Rewards.
2. Customers must have a signed bulk order booking form contract complete with the 50% down payment prior (at least 5 days ahead) to scheduled delivery / pick- up date or product consumption to avail of the rewards program.
3. Rewards will then be based on the total amount of initial booking and not applicable to any additional order placed beyond the allowable grace period. The bigger the amount on initial booking, the bigger the rewards a qualified customer may have.
4. Gift certificates can only be released to a qualified customer upon full payment of the total amount of his bulk order booking stated on the contract. Customer can not avail in advance the said GC Rewards and can not convert it into cash.
5. Add- on Incentive for Great Christmas Feast customer of 2011:

• GCF Early Bird: Additional 5% Bonus GC rewards based on initial amount of bulk order booking will be given provided a customer will hold its party on or before December 16, 2011 and have a signed bulk order contract with 50% down payment on or before November 30, 2011
• GCF Repeater: Additional 5% Bonus GC Rewards based on initial amount of bulk order booking will be given to all GCF 2011 customers with photocopy of 2010 bulk order contract and have a signed bulk order contract for GCF 2011 on or before November 30, 2011

1. Valid for pre-booked bulk order transactions only on all Chef d’ Angelo branches from November 1 ‘till December 31, 2011.
2. Not Valid with any other type of promo, offered discounts and party packages.
